What’s the difference between a regular GPS system and a GPS receiver?

How do I boost the GPS signal on my cell phone?

What’s the best GPS for the money which includes free lifetime traffic?

And, speech recognition would be nice.
Also, having text to speech, bluetooth, FM receiver, MP3, multiple trip routing, where am I, lock with password.

Question about the Blackberry 8700c?
