I’m planning to do a road trip across the US and plan to buy a top-of-the-line GPS unit. I would like something with touch screen, speech capabilities, traffic information, MP3 and bluetooth capability, etc. I will primarily use this for my car but I do have a motorcycle too. But I’d rather have a better car GPS than one that is car+motorcycle friendly if I had to choose between the two. Two models I am looking at are the Garmin StreetPilot 2820 and the Garmin Zumo 550. I’m leaning toward the Zumo 550 as it seems to be better than the StreetPilot 2820 in almost every way. Can anyone out there shed some light on why I would opt for the StreetPilot 2820 instead of the Zumo 550 or why I should go with a different brand/model? I’m a first-time car GPS buyer and have seen neither Garmin product in person. (All of the stores around here carry only the lower end models.) Thanks!

I’m just wondering how Nintendo usually handles its handhelds since I have never had one. I’m thinking of getting a ds for my girlfriend and I want the “metallic rose” nintendogs version for her. These are extremely hard to find and they are expensive. I might wait till fall and see what kind of new stuff they come out with then if that’s the norm for nintendo’s handhelds (i.e. Do they come out with the coolest stuff around the holidays?)

Or should I simply get her a basic ds lite and get the game separate?

I’ve noticed that the cartoon shows that i used to think were cool with all there technology is actaully happenng right now. All are favorite cartoon show technology is actually here. So since thats true, is there anything like the megaman nt warrior show from my childhood? Like handhelds with navies that you fight with on the internet and localy i guess. I know this is a dumb question but it’s just me being bord.

Mmkay, Now I’ve looked at gamestop’s website at games prices and such, and I’ve done my fair share of research on consoles and handhelds and my conclusions make me want to explode.
I need to know what to do. I need advice on which game system to buy or should I wait.. Here are my conclusions
•PSP- Such a little amount of games
•360- Many failures of hardware and such
•PS3-Waaayyyyyy to expensive,no way my mom will buy that..
•Wii- Sensor bar drives me insane when I play it at my friend’s house.
So I don’t know what to do..The future seems so far away but the DSi is coming should I wait for next gen or buy this gen. Urgh…Help?
