I need to charge my gps device while driving but my car does not have a cigarette lighter help?

Repeating Timer Software?

Most of what I see is for Mac computers, or handhelds. Im running windows and need an alarm that will sound every 2 minutes and continue sounding every 2 minutes until I shut it off.
